My Mission

My mission as a coach is to empower each of my clients through their ‘Process of Discovery’ to thoroughly realize their value as a person and support them in developing a clear awareness of their personal identity along with a deep understanding of their beliefs, values and what is important in their lives so that they will attain the goals and visions that bring them joy, satisfaction and a sense of completeness and belonging.

Personal

I feel like I am the luckiest man in the world 'although I don't believe in luck'. My adult kids are all 'doing life well' and I continue to enjoy my work. I receive wonderful relationships into my life and I live in a state of appreciation and acceptance most of the time.

After 16 years of “life-recovery” and training under Barry Neal Kaufman (who wrote Happiness is a Choice) at Option Institute I really see how much choice we have each moment. So, lots of things bring me happiness, but some of my favorites are - seeing my adult kids mature, anything that nature presents, spending time with my friends and meeting new ones, babies, animals, hanging out at our farm back home in Mississippi, seeing what people create with their artistic talents, traveling to new places, attending neat plays, movies, concerts, etc.

My spiritual life is of utmost importance and I believe if it is healthy and balanced. I live my life in a way that demonstrates my beliefs by honoring ‘all life’. I consciously seek spiritual answers, and therefore continue to have the potential for self-improvement that will enable me to enter into a new age with ease, and hopefully, help others to do the same.
